We are pleased to announce that our new STACI owned Electronics Manufacturing Operations is up and running. It is great to hear the hum of the surface mount machines in operation and see our customers’ products running down our new production lines. Our facility is a state-of-the-art manufacturing operations comprising of three floors, with a total of 60,000 square feet of manufacturing and general office space. We are located in Dongkeng town in Dongguan, China, approximately two hours north of Hong Kong.

We have specifically developed this operation with the intention of supporting both current and future customers who have a need for a world-class EMS facility with a dedicated focus on low–mid volume production needs. Our surface mount equipment lines are located in a class 100,000 clean room and had been designed to support these types of production requirements. Change over from one product to another can be done within a very short period of time, allowing us the flexibility to manage multiple part numbers / customer demands. The facility will give us the ability to provide our customers with high quality products, be it board level assembly, subassembly or total turn-key assembly needs. STACI is ready to assist you with your production needs.

Our facility is now ISO 9001 Certified. We also have been awarded with ISO 14001:2004 / OHSAS 18001:2007. We intend to be certified to the TS16949 Automotive Standard within the next 12 months.
