Electronic Manufacturing Services – USA and China Facilities

STACI/Inservco is a US based Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider with facilities in US and China. Our US facility is located close to Cleveland, Ohio and focuses on low to medium volume needs of any complexity. The China facility is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province in Southern China with a focus on High Mix/Low volume and Medium Mix /Medium Volume needs.

Our domestic and offshore Electronic Manufacturing Service solutions allows our customers a flexible New Product Introduction to production model and a seamless transition from China to USA or Visa Versa based on our customers’ program needs. It also provides easy access to and from for our customers’ time sensitive and critical implementation requirements.

We provide below EMS services in both the USA and China facilities:

- Bar coding (DOS or Mac format) available for PCBA, complete assembly, inner package and outer package

Both our US facility and China facility feature State-of-the-Art equipment with Juki SMT Lines. The baseline operating systems are the same between USA and China. In both USA and China, we are dedicated to helping our customer maximize their value by implementing its own unique version of the Toyota Production System tailored to fit the needs of a EMS Contract manufacturing company. Our continuous improvement program is dedicated to eliminating waste in all areas of the process, working to reduce cost and providing the customer with a high quality product at minimal expense.
