STACI Corporation – Inservco, Inc. Merge to offer “BEST of BOTH WORLDS” Electronic Manufacturing Services

We are pleased to announce that STACI Corporation and Inservco, Inc. have merged to a new corporation named "STACInservco". The merge has taken place effective January 1, 2012. The merge is intended to provide strategic advantages for the customers' manufacturing needs in different parts of the world.

"Our intention is to provide our customers with additional choices in where best to manufacture their products as required” says Dennis Docherty, Chairman and CEO of STACInservco, describing the economic advantages that customers will be able to take advantage of with the combined power of STACI and Inservco, “as an example, in the event that there is a significant amount of labor content in a given assembly, it may make best sense to have the product produced in China. Conversely, if the assembly has a high level of component placements and a lesser amount of labor content the USA operation may be better suited to support their needs."

STACI has been a fast growing provider in three principal areas: Printed Circuit Board, Electro-mechanical components and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS). The EMS facility in Dongguan, Guangdong Province has been servicing manufacturing companies in USA, Europe and Asia in the market sectors of Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Medical Equipment and HVAC. The Joint Venture Partnership STACI has cultivated over the years in Asia enables the company to provide its customers easy access to cost effective Printed Circuit Board and Electro-mechanical Component sourcing needs.

Inservco Inc. is an Electronic Manufacturing Service company based in LaGrange, Ohio in the US. Inservco has been a national leader in providing Electronics Manufacturing Services with a primary focus in the Industrial Automation, Medical Instrumentation and Communications sector. since its founding.

During the past years the cooperation between both companies has grown significantly, it was the next logical step to combine forces and to merge the two companies. STACInservco Corporation will continue to provide custom-designed electronics manufacturing solutions (EMS) to mid-sized companies in the Automotive, Medical, Consumer Electronics, HVAC and Industrial Markets, with the two EMS facilities in Dongguan, China and Ohio, USA, as well as sales, customer service and administrative offices in the United States, Hong Kong and Europe.

STACInservco takes great pride in servicing our customers and looks to developing long term mutually beneficial business relationships based on this premise. Our dedicated focus is to exceed our customers’ expectations in all that we do.
