Dennis Docherty Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – STACI Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Inservco, Inc.
Mr. Docherty assumed the role of President of Inservco, Inc. in September 2003. On October 30, 2003, the Board Members elected him to the Board of Directors, and commenced with the appointment of Mr. Docherty as President and C.E.O of Inservco. In January 2006, Mr. Docherty was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of STACI Corp combining this role with his responsibilities with Inservco, Inc. In 2009, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Docherty as Chairman and C.E.O. of Inservco and promoted him to Chairman and C.E.O. of STACI Corp in 2010.
Mr. Docherty has brought many years of manufacturing and operations experience to Inservco and STACI Corp. His background includes thirty-eight years with MTD in Valley City, Ohio, where he held positions including Vice-President of Operations - MTD Automotive. Mr. Docherty has held the position of Senior Vice President - Manufacturing of Advanced Ceramics Corp., and progressed to become C.O.O. and a Board member. Advanced Ceramics has facilities in Cleveland, Cardiff, Wales, and Kozuki, Japan. Advanced Ceramics was sold in 2003 to General Electric. Mr. Docherty has brought strength and expertise in quality, operations, lean manufacturing, sales growth and engineering to both companies. |

Greg Hebson Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
With a Bachelor’s degree from SIU and over 20 years of strategic sales experience, Mr.Hebson brings to STACI a proven record of successful executive leadership. His career highlights include 12 years of direct sales/regional sales for Cherry Electrical Products, 6 years as Director of Procurement for Material Supply with a focus on sourcing products within China and 6 years at STACI as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for Global Sales. His immense international business expertise, vast knowledge of strategic planning and unprecedented ability to lead and thrive under pressure are invaluable contributions to STACI rapid growth and success.

Jim Thirkill Chief Operating Officer
Managing Director, STACI Asia
Mr. Thirkill joined STACI in 2000, as VP Operations at the STACI Florida office. In 2004 he re-located to assume responsibility for the company operations in China, restructuring to provide a more extensive and focused presence within China while significantly increasing the supply base and expanding product offerings and capabilities. He brings to STACI over 25 years of management and leadership experiences in a variety of US and international roles and organizations, extensive strength and experience in organizational management and optimization, international operations, logistics, production, quality, finance, human resources, and information technology. He holds BS and MS degrees with focus on administration and finance.

Starfford Zhu EMS Factory General Manager
Mr. Zhu Joined STACI in 2007 to set up their new EMS facility in China, and later acts as factory General Manager. Holding Bachelor of Engineering and MBA degrees, Mr. Zhu has over 20 years of electronics manufacturing experiences with proven record in operations, personnel management and leadership. His career highlights in previous positions include Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager and Sr. Operations Manager. Mr. Zhu additionally brings strength and expertise in Lean Manufacturing Technology, Statistical Process Control and Quality Control Systems.
